We reply to every email at support@learnwithpath.com within 24 hours on business days (Sunday to Thursday, Israel time). Account access issues and billing errors are prioritized and usually answered within a few hours.
Check your spam folder for an email from no-reply@learnwithpath.com - reset links sometimes get filtered. If nothing arrives within 10 minutes, email support@learnwithpath.com with the address on your account and we will reset it manually.
Path generation usually finishes within 1-2 minutes. If it has been stuck for more than 10 minutes, our watchdog will automatically refund the credits to your account. If you still see the stuck state after 15 minutes, refresh the dashboard or email us with the path title and we will investigate.
You can cancel any time from your account settings - access is retained until the end of your billing period. For a refund, email support@learnwithpath.com within 14 days of purchase and reference our refund policy. We reply to refund requests within one business day.
Yes. Click the 'Feature Request' card on this page or email support@learnwithpath.com with the idea. Every suggestion is read by the founding team. Topic requests for new learning paths are added to our content backlog and frequently shipped within a few weeks.
Yes. We do not sell user data, and your learning paths are visible only to you unless you choose to share them. Read our privacy policy at /legal/privacy and cookies policy at /legal/cookies for the full detail.
