Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro plans) purchased on LearnPath at learnwithpath.com ("Service"). The Free plan has no cost and is not subject to this policy.

1. Subscription Plans

LearnPath offers two paid plans: Plus ($6.99/month or $4.99/month billed annually) and Pro ($12.99/month or $8.99/month billed annually). Both plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to your plan until then.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. All your data, learning paths, and progress are preserved.

3. EU Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To request a refund during this period, contact us at support@learnwithpath.com.

4. Refund Requests

  • Refund requests outside the EU cooling-off period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds for technical issues that prevent use of the Service will be honored.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.

5. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access for the remainder of the prepaid year. Refunds for annual plans follow the same rules above — EU consumers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase; other refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Free Plan & AI Credits

The Free plan includes 30 one-time AI credits at no cost. These credits are non-refundable as no payment is involved. AI credits included in paid plans (100/month for Plus, unlimited for Pro) are part of the subscription and are not separately refundable.
