Current Status

LearnPath is currently free during its beta period. No payments are required to use the Service, so no refunds are applicable at this time.

Future Paid Features

When paid subscriptions or premium features are introduced, the following refund terms will apply:

EU Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To request a refund during this period, contact us at support@learnwithpath.com.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.

Refund Requests

  • Refund requests outside the EU cooling-off period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds for technical issues that prevent use of the Service will be honored.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
