Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the paid Pro subscription purchased on LearnPath at learnwithpath.com ("Service"). The Free plan has no cost and is not subject to this policy.

1. Subscription Plan

LearnPath offers one paid plan, Pro, at $12.99 per month or $107.88 per year billed annually (equal to $8.99 per month). Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time. The binding price is always the one disclosed to you at checkout. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Legacy Plus subscribers: the former Plus plan is no longer offered. If you already subscribed to Plus, you keep Pro-level access at your original price until you cancel. This policy applies to your subscription in the same way.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain full access to Pro until then.
After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. All your data, learning paths, and progress are preserved.

3. EU Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To request a full refund during this period, contact us at support@learnwithpath.com.

4. Refund Requests

Refund requests outside the EU cooling-off period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for technical issues that prevent use of the Service will be honored.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.

5. Annual Plans

The annual Pro subscription is billed as a single upfront payment. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access for the remainder of the prepaid year. Refunds for annual plans follow the same rules above - EU and EEA consumers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase; other refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan costs nothing to use, so no payment is ever taken and there is nothing to refund. It is not subject to this policy.
