Terms of Service

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Welcome to LearnPath. By accessing or using our platform at learnwithpath.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

LearnPath is an AI-powered learning platform that curates free YouTube videos into structured learning paths. We use artificial intelligence to generate exercises (quizzes, fill-in-the-blank, flashcards, concept matching, sequencing, and true/false), summaries, and personalized recommendations based on video content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or at least 16 years old if you are in the European Union). If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content.

5. AI-Generated Content

Quizzes, summaries, skill assessments, and learning recommendations on LearnPath are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). This content:

  • May contain inaccuracies or errors.
  • Is not a substitute for professional education, advice, or certification.
  • Should not be relied upon as the sole source of knowledge on any subject.
  • Is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

6. Third-Party Content

Video content displayed on LearnPath is hosted on YouTube and owned by their respective creators. LearnPath does not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any third-party video content. Your use of YouTube content is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • LearnPath's platform, design, features, and original content are owned by LearnPath and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Notes you create within the Service remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your notes to you.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from LearnPath's platform without prior written consent.

7a. Content License for Learning Paths

When you create a learning path on LearnPath, you retain ownership of your selections, notes, and personal data. However, by creating a path that is marked public (the default for new paths after April 8, 2026 unless you enable Private mode), you grant:

  • LearnPath a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, index, cache, and serve the path's public metadata to other users for the purpose of operating the discovery directory.
  • Other registered users a non-exclusive license to clone the path structure into their own accounts for personal learning use. Clones are independent copies — you do not retain control over clones after they are created.

What is NOT licensed: your private notes, your exercise answers, your progress on the original path, your email, and any data you did not explicitly publish.

YouTube content: LearnPath references publicly available YouTube videos via the YouTube API. The videos themselves remain the property of their creators and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Revocation: You can enable Private mode at any time in account settings.

Account deletion: If you delete your account, your original paths are deleted, but clones made by other users remain in their accounts.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

LearnPath offers a Free plan and two paid subscription plans (Plus and Pro). By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges at the rate disclosed at checkout ($6.99/month or $4.99/month annually for Plus; $12.99/month or $8.99/month annually for Pro).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • AI credits included in your plan (30 one-time for Free, 100/month for Plus, unlimited for Pro) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
  • Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnPath and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
  • Unavailability of third-party video content.
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
  • Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
